Citizenship test and learn is proprietary software owned exclusively by its author. All rights are reserved. This application, its source code, design, content, features, and branding are protected by copyright, trade-secret, and other intellectual-property laws.

2. What you are granted

When you create an account and pay for a subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal study and preparation for the U.S. naturalization test. This license is strictly for end-user access through our official website and apps.

3. What you may NOT do

Unless you receive prior written permission, you are expressly prohibited from:

• Copying, cloning, scraping, or mirroring the Service or any part of it.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code.
• Using the Service or its content to create, train, or improve a competing product, app, or website.
• Building a similar application, tool, or platform that replicates the structure, features, user experience, or content of this Service.
• Removing, altering, or obscuring any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
• Distributing, sublicensing, renting, leasing, or selling access to the Service.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access or extract data.

4. Content ownership

All questions, translations, voice recordings, study materials, UI text, and curated content inside the Service are our proprietary property or licensed to us. You may not reuse, republish, or redistribute this content outside the Service.

5. Violations

Any unauthorized use, copying, or competitive exploitation will result in immediate termination of your account, potential legal action, and claims for damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
